RJ Metals operate five automated, high-definition Laser Cutters including the latest Bystronic DNE D-Fast 1530 and a 20kW fibre laser.
Using state-of-the-art CAD technology, we can program, scale and precision-cut steel up to 50mm thick. We also offer a CAD design service. Supply your own patterns and drawings or work with us to conceptualise your designs.

With five high definition laser cutters, RJ Metals are equipped to manage projects of scale. Our flagship cutters are the Bystronic DNE D-Fast 1530 and a 25kW Fibre Laser Cutter.
The Bystronic DNE D-Fast is a 1.5kw fibre laser machine offering unrivalled speed for a precision cut with clean edges. It cuts 1mm stainless steel and aluminium at an average of 32.75 metres and 42.5 metres per minute respectfully, making it ideal for large scale patterns and projects.
The new, 25kW Fibre Laser was acquired late 2023 for heavy duty projects requiring the use of thick plate. This machine achieves a clean cut on steels up to 50mm thick.
We stock a complete range of steels in various sizes for your project.
All structural steel supplied by RJ Metals is tested and certified to meet Australian Standards. Material certifications are available for each project as required.
