Zenith Engineering - Solar Transformer Enclosures
Remote power generation specialists, Zenith Energy, were contracted to build a 10MW solar farm at the Nova nickel-copper-cobalt operation in the WA goldfields.
RJ Metals manufactured ten transformer enclosures for the project. Designed by Zenith and built by RJ Metals.

Jarrahdale Heating - Wood Heaters
RJ Metals is proud to be the sole supplier of metal components for Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling – Western Australia’s premium manufacturer of award winning wood heaters, and has been since 1981.
RJ Metals began as the manufacturing division of Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling, before expanding to offer services to a wider market.

RJ Metals work with retail clients to produce robust, metal shop displays including custom racks and shelving units. Our services includes design support, precision cutting, bending, turret punching, assembly and powder coating.

Oil2U - Perforated Baskets
Perforated, stainless steel baskets fabricated for Oil2U, commercial cooking oil producers located in Hamilton Hill.

Custom Screens & Panels
RJ Metals design and precision cut a range of decorative metal panels for clinet requirements including screening, fencing panels, firepits and outdoor furniture. We have produced a variety of designs and sizes for custom orders and also have the capacity to supply bulk wholesale orders.

SmartStream - Industrial Moulds
SmartStream specialise in civil engineering and infrastructure solutions. They produce precast concrete moulds for underground works. RJ Metals manufacture custom specified concrete moulds on behalf of SmartStream. Other projects for SmartStream include the production of industrial bin liners.

Water Jet Cutting - Acrylics & Plastics
Water Jet Cutting is available for materials up to 200mm thick. Our water jet cutter is ideal for cutting acrylics and plastics and can also cut thick metal plate.
